When using other companies products other than the JR genuine servo horn, tightening the servo horn screw may cause the servo horn to come in contact with the upper servo case. If it is used in that state, the servo will be overloaded and in worst case it may be burnt out.
To fix the problem: Insert a washer between the output gear and the servo horn.
