JR next-generation servo control system

★What is ★ FOC (Magnetic Field Direction Control) servo
■Achieve very smooth operation
Unlike conventional servos, there are fewer "torque" arteries, so very smooth operation is possible.
■Highly efficient control reduces unnecessary power consumption
FOC has high voltage utilization efficiency, so it does not consume current unnecessarily and can be efficiently converted into torque.
■High torque in all range of motion
Good voltage utilization rate allows the motor to output uniform torque no matter where it is.
■Operating characteristics can be freely customized according to usage conditions (parameters can be optimized by adjusting for differences such as rudder weight and length).
■ Beep notification when communication starts and XBUS settings are changed
Notified by beep when communication starts after RX is turned on or when XBUS parameters are changed.
■ Mitigating hunting
Mitigating the occurrence of hunting by detecting the position (angle) of the motor rotor by FOC)
<About the setting of the servo mounted on the EXTREAM FLIGHT aircraft> In order not to put excessive load on
the servo, "the servo arm is short" and "the range of operation of the servo is expanded"
Aerial Servo
───────────
Servo Arm: 1.25"
Servo Angle: 150° (XBUS setting required) Travel
Adjustment: ±150%
Aileron Rudder Angle: ±38°
Elevator Ladder Servo
───────────
Servo Arm: 1.5"
*Depending on the servo mount position of each rudder, it is necessary to process the opening to obtain the operating angle of the servo arm.
